We are so excited to have Amy as the newest member of the Advance Dental Family! She is a sweet person and a wonderful hygienist. In addition to having 17 years of experience as a hygienist, here is a little bit of info about Amy…
She was born and raised in Chicago by her parents, who were both born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. So, she is fluent in both English and Spanish! Amy is the middle child with an older sister in Illinois and a younger brother in Florida.
She married her high school sweetheart, Robert, on Valentine’s Day 16 years ago, and they have 3 beautiful children, 2 girls and 1 boy. Amy moved her family to Indiana in 2019 for a job her husband was offered at Bethel University (his alma mater!). She and her husband love being able to help within the community and find joy in the simple things in life. Amy has been actively involved in church since she was a little girl and singing is one her passions. She has used this passion for singing to help lead worship with her husband at their previous church in Illinois.
Amy is very family oriented and loves spending her free time with her husband and children. In particular, they enjoy shopping at thrift stores/vintage shops and discovering things in their new home state.
Amy is extremely grateful to be a part of the Advance Dental family. She says that she feels truly at home and has loved getting to know the rest of the staff and the patients. We are excited to see what the future holds for Amy and her family here!
