Meet Dr. Stangebye
Dr. Ronald Stangebye is a native of Northwest Indiana. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Purdue University in electrical engineering before pursuing his dental career at Indiana University School of Dentistry. Over the past 35 years, he has built a practice here in Michiana that is focused on the latest advances in dentistry in a comfortable, personalized environment. Dr. Ronald Stangebye and his wife, Sue, have built a truly family-owned practice where patients become part of our extended family. We've cared for multiple generations — grandparents, parents, and now their children and grandchildren — and that continuity is something we cherish deeply.
Dr. Stangebye is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, the Northern Indiana Dental Association, the American Academy of Facial Esthethics, and a fellow in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He is a graduate of the Misch International Institute for Implantology. He is proud to offer advanced imaging with our Conebeam, CBCT (3D imaging). CBCT scan allows Dr. Stangebye to visualize bones, nerves, and soft tissues in high detail. This technology is a key step in planning and performing successful dental surgeries with optimum patient outcomes. Gone are the days of taking impressions for crowns, veneers, bridges, and teeth whitening! Our iTero digital scanning system comfortably produces precise, accurate, detailed impressions of your teeth. Dr. Stangebye and his wife, Sue have enjoyed raising their 4 children and living in the Michiana area for over 35 years. Dr. Stangbye's family continues to grow! They are proud grandparents to Gwen, Bruce, Lars, Imelda, Henry, Ani, and William. Check out our office Facebook page to catch a glimpse of their St. Bernard, Ruby as well as their feline friends. Dr. Stangebye and Sue are big fans of comedians and musicians and enjoy traveling to see live shows of both.
